About Us
St. Peter's School, Nazira, is a private Christian (Catholic) minority institution established and administered by the Founder Body, the DIOCESE OF DIBRUGARH, having its headquarter at Dibrugarh with the Bishop of Dibrugarh being Its head. This school is established under the protection act. of art 30 (1) of the Indian Constitution for the advancement of learning based on the values taught by the Lord Jesus Christ. It imparts a sound education to all the children irrespective of caste or creed inculcating in them habits of discipline, piety and virtues, with a view of training them to be good citizens, who would serve God and the country with conviction and commitment.
COURSE OF STUDIES
The School runs Class from LKG. Students coming with Transfer Certificate from other schools will be submitted to a test in English, Mathematics and Science and then be admitted to the class for which they are found fit
SCHOOL ACTIVITY
Every students attending the school is obliged to participate in the cocurricular and extra-curricular activities of the school, such as P.T., drill, singing, social work, games and sports and other cultural events. No one will be exempted except for grave reasons

ADMISSION
A birth certificate or an affidavit as to the age of the child is necessary for admission. On completion of 3 1/2 years, a child can be admitted to Class LKG. Pupils must be introduced by Parents/Guardians to the Principal in person. Regarding new admission, preference will be given to promoted students. If space allows only others will be admitted.
TEST AND EXAMINATION
The School conducts two Terminal Examinations and four tests. The progress card issued after each of these examinations will keep the Parents/Guardians informed of the progress of their children.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Boys: White shirt, Smoke Grey Pants, Red Neck-tie and Belt, Black Shoes, White Socks, Red
Sweater (during winter).
Girls: White Blouse, Smoke Grey Pinafore, Red Neck-tie and Belt, Black Shoes, White Socks,
Red Sweater (during winter).
